Our very first bathroom remodel under Renew & Renovate Services! This older home built in the 1950’s posed challenges typical of that time, such as cast-iron piping with lead and oakum seals, and rotted sub-flooring and framing members from decades of moisture exposure. But with a dedicated and highly skilled team of two, we had this bathroom looking brand new and oriented to fit the customers need for ease of access via walk-in shower and increased counter space.
